Sarkodie Drops Artwork Ahead of 8th Album Release
Ahead of the release of his 8th studio album, Ghana's iconic rapper, Sarkodie, has dropped the official artwork for the album.
Dubbed, 'JAMZ’, the album is expected to be officially released on November 11 this year, with many fans across Ghana and Africa eagerly anticipating the release.
The artistic masterpiece of an artwork was designed by Epod3000, a London based artist who studied Art and Design in the early 1990s; and features a great deal of aesthetic glamour that represents Sarkodie's 'Highest' brand.

In a video shared by Sarkodie, also known in official circles as Michael Owusu Addo, across his social media platforms, Epod was seen working on the artwork ahead of the release of the album.
A video trailer of the 'JAMZ' album narrates Sarkodie’s music and life journey as well as his rise from humble beginnings in Ghana to international stardom.
“As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to rap. I fell in love with this art form as a youth. Growing up in Tema gave me a lot to talk about. I always had an idea of the kind of career I wanted so I had to stay true to myself", Sarkodie shared.
"My second album is already ten years and I am on my 8th album, still doing it my way. It takes a lot to stay motivated, but you can’t be in a rush to skip the process. You still have to deal with everything that comes with it” he underscored.
According to the ‘Adonai’ hit maker, the album was inspired by some of his experiences and is carefully designed to provide his cherished fans with great music as usual.
"This collection of songs is like your favorite playlist. Now let’s have fun", he urged his fans.
Sarkodie's 7th Studio album ‘No Pressure’ dropped a year ago ,featuring Nigerian afropop artist, Oxlade in a song titled, 'Non-Living Thing’; ‘Coachella’ featuring Kwesi Arthur, also a Tema based rapper and other artistes.
