Minority Chief Whip Annoh-Dompreh Declares Zero Cooperation Until Kpandai Dispute Is Settled

Minority Chief Whip Frank Annoh-Dompreh has taken a firm stand on the escalating controversy surrounding the Kpandai parliamentary seat, declaring that the Minority Caucus will withhold all cooperation with the Majority until the matter is resolved fairly.

Speaking with unmistakable frustration, Annoh-Dompreh said the Minority will not participate in any collaborative parliamentary activity if the Majority continues to push for actions that, in their view, undermine due process.

He stressed that attempts to rush or manipulate the situation risk compromising the credibility of Parliament, adding that the Kpandai dispute has become a symbol of the broader struggle for fairness and respect for constitutional procedures.

According to him, the Minority will resist any move that appears to tilt the scales unjustly, warning that the stability of parliamentary business depends on how impartially the issue is handled.

He noted that coexistence in a hung Parliament requires mutual trust, something he believes is currently being threatened.

The Kpandai seat saga already a highly divisive national issue continues to widen the gap between the two sides of the House. With Annoh-Dompreh’s latest declaration, tensions are expected to rise further unless a transparent, credible resolution is found.
