Gospel musician KODA, dead.

News coming in today confirms that  popular Ghanaian music composer who doubles as a gospel artiste and a pastor, Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, known in the music space as KODA has reportedly  passed on.

The news was confirmed by a close family member who disclosed that the sudden incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, April 21, 2024 after battling a short illness.

The source further clarified that the multiple-award-winning talent had been battling kidney disease for some time now.

KODA was known for many uplifting hit songs and soulful compositions including Nkwa Abodoo, Nsempii, Yapai. With these creative masterpieces to his credit, KODA has left an indelible mark on the Ghanaian gospel music space.

He was a gospel singer, songwriter, and a music producer based in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana.

He died aged 45.
