UPSA Cleaner Allegedly Jumps to His Death from 7th Floor Hostel Building
A cleaner at UPSA Hostel dies after jumping from the seventh floor.
A cleaner at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Hostel earlier today met his untimely death after he was reported to have jumped from the seventh floor of the hostel block.
According to eye witnesses, the unfortunate events occurred after he allegedly attempted to rape a female student resident. His escape plan, according to reports was necessitated when the targeted victim raised an alarm, alerting others nearby for rescue.
The lady who discovered the cleaner had broken into her room shouted for help which resulted in him jumping off as he feared for his life.
Some residents who shared their comments after the incident stated that the deceased has been constantly making sexual advances towards the female residents on campus.
