DEPUTY FINANCE MINISTER POINTS GUN AT YOUTH IN SELF DEFENSE.

The Deputy Finance Minister Dr. Stephen Amoah was involved in a incident in Atasemanso Zongo, where he pulled a gun on some youth in self-defense.

The incident began when the youth confronted Dr. Amoah about unfulfilled promises, including a pledge to donate 5,000 Ghana cedis to the Unity and Love Family during a launch event.

Eyewitnesses report that the situation escalated when the youth demanded that Dr. Amoah follow through on his promise to build an Astro turf project. One of the youth allegedly pulled out a toy gun, prompting Dr. Amoah to retrieve a pistol from his car in self-defense.

Dr. Amoah justified his actions, stating, "My life was in danger, I had to defend myself. Even Jesus Christ will react if you pull a gun at him."

This incident highlights the tensions between politicians and their constituents, particularly when promises are left unfulfilled.
