Painting of School Building: Government Must Provide Educational Facilities Instead – Ghanaians
The Education Ministry in recent times announced its plans to paint all the basic schools to give them an attractive outlook stressing that this is the transformation Ghana deserves and it is coming.
He revealed that this initiative is one of many aimed at revitalizing basic education in the country and making it more appealing.
Reacting to this, some residents within the Dormaa Central Municipality expressed that painting school buildings has nothing to do with effective education hence government must focus on providing educational facilities that aim at improving the condition of teachers and learners to enhance the quality of education in the country.
They lamented the poor state of the country's education which includes an infrastructure deficit and other challenges hence it is important for government to tackle these available challenges rather than painting of school buildings which adds nothing to the improvement of our education.
